Connexion — Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Service
Verified · October 23, 2026
TD is an eligibility category inside JTA’s Connexion paratransit service (this is the separate TD certification door, with its own eligibility center and fare). Connexion provides destination-to-destination shared public transportation for people with disabilities who cannot use fixed-route buses for some or all trips, and for people who are transportation disadvantaged (TD). Every Connexion rider must be certified as eligible under either the ADA rules or the TD program. Connexion trips beyond the three-quarter-mile boundary of JTA fixed-route service may qualify for the TD program.
